The last day of the walk-in period for Residential & Commercial Properties is June 5th, 2023

The Midland Central Appraisal District Walk-In Inquiries for Residential & Commercial Properties is now available through June 5th, 2023

If you disagree with the proposed value or any other action the appraisal district may have taken on your property, you may visit the Appraisal District office (4631 Andrews Hwy , Midland TX) during our unscheduled first come, first served walk-in period.

Our staff is available to discuss your property concerns Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm), with limited availability during lunch.

Daily customer volume may limit the number of properties seen per visit and property owners able to meet with appraiser.

If you are unable to resolve the situation with the appraisal district, you have the right to file a protest and receive a formal hearing with the Appraisal Review Board (ARB)

Business Personal Property Notices will be mailed on June 5th – Protest deadline July 5th, 2023
